decent stay, but some letdowns
mold apartment shaded patio
the apartment needed some love. there was mold on the walls, some of the lights were not working. the patio stayed shaded all day and had moss growing on it. not great for drying swimsuits. the lack of maintenance was noticeable, not what i expected.

balanced stay
sports facilities well kept helpful staff good location delayed room bar status pool bar few channels
the sports facilities were very well maintained. i liked that the staff were super. i also appreciated that the hotel has a good location with a large green area.
The room wasn't ready when i arrived, and it took another hour. the bar in the middle of the pool was never open. It was not really a bar. the room only had the bare minimum for cooking. i expected more channels, and maybe some netflix.

well-equipped gym good staff helpful staff unready room air conditioning long wait
The gym was well equipped! My wife joined me one day. She relaxed by the pool and had coffee in the cafe. The reception staff was good, especially the lady there. She was cute and helpful.
The room was not ready when I arrived. I waited another hour. The air conditioning gave me trouble, and the technician visited three times. He insisted it was fixed, but it was not.

Decent stay with some issues.
exterior cracks improperly cleaned floor
The villa showed some wear. I noticed cracks on the exterior walls in the area. Also the patio lacked the expected amenities, specifically loungers. It was disappointing given the price. I would have hoped for a better-maintained space. Housekeeping could have been more thorough. The floors didn't seem properly cleaned upon arrival.
